THE PLAN.
IN THE OPEN.
A proposed Solana-native arcade, starting with Coinflip and expanding responsibly into additional entertainment experiences.
01. Executive Summary
SLOTLANA aims to create a playful, transparent gaming experience for Solana users. The initial product roadmap begins with a free-play Coinflip game, with Slots as a potential second title. Token-based wagering may be explored only after licensing, jurisdictional restrictions, reserve design, security testing and independent audits are addressed.
02. Mission & Principles
- Entertainment first: Games should be understandable, fast and easy to use.
- Verifiable mechanics: Game outcomes and accounting should be independently testable.
- Honest status updates: Planned features must never be presented as operational.
- Responsible deployment: No real-money play before necessary legal permissions and safeguards.
03. Proposed Games
Coinflip — Game 001
A 50/50 Heads-or-Tails game is the proposed first release. Its prototype will use virtual credits. In a potential token-based version, outcomes would be generated through independently verifiable onchain randomness, and payouts would come from a reserved vault rather than promises of manual settlement.
Proposed payout on a win: 1.96 × stake (including returned stake)
Expected return: 0.5 × 1.96 = 0.98 = 98% RTP
Expected house edge: 2%
Actual house results fluctuate; the house can lose money over long intervals. Game implementation, fees and rounding can alter effective returns and must be disclosed and tested.
Slots — Game 002
A future Slots game may include published paytables, fixed reel distributions and externally validated theoretical RTP. Graphics, outcomes and payout probabilities are not final. No Slots wagering product exists today.
04. Token & Proposed Utility
The founder intends to use the existing $SLOTLANA token as a possible future in-game wager asset where lawful. The founder-supplied token address is 8RKY5GyJcjS8LY3LqinB4iiGLNBYu9YFYRQDxsaAiGZd. Official X: @SlotlanaSF. Buyers should independently confirm token identity and market pairing. Token supply, ownership concentrations, token authorities, liquidity and launch parameters are intentionally not listed before they are verified. Token ownership provides no equity, dividend, guaranteed buyback or guaranteed access to future products.
05. Proposed Genesis Holder Rewards
Subject to development, licensing and published final terms, SLOTLANA proposes a one-time tiered free-spin program at the future Slots release. The intended tiers are: 1,000,000+ SLOTLANA held — 100 free spins; 500,000+ — 50; 200,000+ — 20; 100,000+ — 10. Rewards would use the highest qualifying tier rather than stacking. The snapshot timing, eligible wallets, spin stake and value, jurisdictional restrictions, identity controls, expiration and anti-abuse rules are undetermined. These are proposed promotional benefits, not present entitlements, and could be changed or canceled. Token holdings do not guarantee product access.
06. Proposed Treasury & Burn Model
The current proposal allocates 50% of realized, distributable net profit toward token burns. Realized, distributable net profit is not the same as trading volume or expected house edge. A period with positive game margin can still have negative net profit after prior losses, player liabilities, infrastructure costs and reserve requirements.
An illustrative calculation, not a projection:
| Illustrative account item | Amount (SLOTLANA-equivalent units) |
|---|---|
| Settled wagers received minus settled payouts | +10,000 |
| Operating and randomness costs | −2,000 |
| Required loss carryforward and reserve top-up | −5,000 |
| Distributable net profit (illustrative) | 3,000 |
| Proposed burn allocation (50%) | 1,500 |
If wagers are already denominated in SLOT, the project may directly burn available treasury tokens rather than execute open-market repurchases. Direct burning is not a market buyback. Any future buyback mechanism would require separate swap and execution policies, slippage controls and public accounting. No burns are currently operational. The burn proposal is dependent on legal and economic feasibility and may be revised with transparent notice.
07. Proposed Technical Architecture
- Frontend: Responsive public website, optional Solana wallet integration, clear real/play-money status.
- Game layer: Solana program (e.g. Anchor) with authenticated actions, settlement state, replay protection and bounded stakes.
- Randomness: Independent verifiable randomness with timeout, failure-handling and dispute-resistant settlement procedures.
- Vault: Segregated assets, maximum liability calculations, audited withdrawal restrictions and minimum reserve thresholds.
- Accounting: Transparent ledger for bets, payouts, operating costs, liabilities, carried losses, and authorized burns.
- Operational controls: Multisignature administration, monitoring, incident response, rate limits and emergency pause behavior.
- Compliance: Appropriate licensing, restricted jurisdictions, age verification and responsible gambling controls.
08. Roadmap
| Phase | Scope | Status |
|---|---|---|
| 01 — Foundation | Branding, informational landing page, initial whitepaper, verified public links | In progress |
| 02 — Free Play | Coinflip with virtual credits, game logic tests, user experience feedback | Planned |
| 03 — Onchain Readiness | Devnet prototype, verifiable RNG, vault model, external review, legal counsel | Research / conditional |
| 04 — Expansion | Slots and other titles, where technically and legally feasible | Exploratory |
There are no guaranteed delivery dates. A public site is not proof of a finished gaming service.
09. Risks & Important Disclosures
- Token risk: Token prices can be volatile, illiquid and subject to total loss. There is no promise of return, appreciation or redemption.
- Execution risk: A small team may delay, change or discontinue the proposed games.
- Gaming risk: House edge makes player losses statistically expected over repeated wagers; outcomes can vary substantially.
- Smart-contract risk: Code defects, malicious transactions, oracle failures and administrator mistakes can result in losses.
- Reserve risk: A 2% theoretical edge does not guarantee sufficient assets to pay short-term winners.
- Regulatory risk: Token-based wagers can be regulated gambling regardless of terminology. Offering the platform internationally requires a jurisdiction-by-jurisdiction legal assessment.
- Burn-policy risk: There may be no profits available to burn. Burns do not guarantee token price support or value creation.
This whitepaper is informational, is subject to change and should not be relied on as investment advice. It does not claim any license or authorization. Before launching wagering, SLOTLANA must obtain relevant professional legal advice and complete substantial security and treasury work.
10. Transparency Checklist
Before any token-based play is considered, the project intends to publish a verified mint address, token authority status, game specification, payout calculations, reserve policy, program IDs, audit information, and transaction links for any completed burns. Items will be labelled “not available” until real evidence exists.
